I recommend (not mandatory) that you have a primary MD with
current health insurance. Often times there may be tests
recommended for you that could be covered only if ordered
through your Primary Care Physician. We are happily open to work with your
primary care physician if need be.
Cancellation Policy:
We often can be booked up rather quick
so please be courteous to others who need our prompt attention by
cancelling or rescheduling your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. It's
greatly appreciated.
Payment Policy:
Payment is due in full at time of
service. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa,
MasterCard, Discover and
American Express.
Insurance
Coverage:
Elemental Wellness is considered an out of network Practice and is currently not accepting any insurances,
including Medicare.
